How long have you been in business?

We have been supplying printed circuit boards since 1990.

Are you ISO9001: 2015 or AS9100D certified?

We are certified to ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D.

What other standards do you meet?

We are IPC 6012 Class 3 and MIL-PRF-31032 certified.

What information do I need to provide to get a price quote for my project?

We can never have too much information. At a minimum we need gerber data, generally in RS274x or ODB++ format, Excellon drill file, a detailed fabrication drawing, quantity and lead times.

How long will it take to get a quote?

We return domestic quotes the same day, usually within hours. Offshore quotes are generally returned within 24 hours.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes, we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and Paypal.  There is a 6% processing fee required when using a credit card.

Do you handle quick turnaround?

We specialize in quick turns. We can turn multilayer boards in as little as one day, but typically we build them in 3-5 days.

Can I get prototypes from you?

We have a very strong front end system and have capacity to handle several prototypes every day.

Do you run a separate line for prototypes and production?

No, we production tool everything. If your prototype turns into production, you won't incur any additional tooling charges.

What communication formats can you accept?

For Gerber: RS274D, RS274x, ODB++ (other formats may require additional charges)

For Prints: ACAD, DXF, HPGL, PDF

What is your record for "on time" delivery?

We strive for 100%, but currently run 98-99% on time.

What happens if the design changes while in process?

We are quite resourceful and may be able to incorporate the changes in process. If the changes are extensive or the order is past the stage where the changes would be made, we will be forced to restart the order.

How will my order be handled? Who is my contact?

All customers will have an Inside Account Manager to service them.  If you are unsure of who your Account Manager is, please email sales@multicircuits.com for additional information.

Do you outsource to Asia?

We have a very secure and established network of partners to handle your board needs from single sided to high technology multilayers with blind & buried vias and HDI work as well as flex and rigid flex. These sources are audited by Multicircuits and we assume full responsibility for the product.

Can I track my order online?

Yes you can. Contact the factory for details.

How long are my files kept after the completion of my order?

We keep the electronic data backed-up in multiple physical locations and data is kept for a minimum of 10 years.
